When you input exercise and fitness data through the dashboard, the following information will enter Segment.com, Mixpanel, and MongoDb Atlas’ databases. Segment.com, Mixpanel and MongoDb Atlas are Third-Party Partners that provides a platform for Globasport to track, analysis, and store user’s progress, events measurements, and exercise regimens.

Accuracy and Retention of Personal Information
Globasport takes reasonable and practicable steps to ensure that your Personal Information held by us is accurate with regard to the purposes for which it is to be used, and is not kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it is to be used.
We collect and process location information when you sign up for and use the Services. We do not track your device location but in order to provide Globasport’s core Services, it is necessary for users to input the location they are training.
We gather information from the photos, posts, comments, ratings, reviews, and other content you share on the Services.
Globasport allows you to sign up and log in to the Services using accounts you create with third-party products and services, such as Facebook or Google (collectively, “Third-Party Accounts”). If you access the Services with Third-Party Accounts we will collect information that you have agreed to make available such as your name, email address, and profile information. This information is collected by the Third-Party Account provider and is provided to Globasport under their privacy policies. Managing Your Settings
Globasport offers several features and settings to help you manage your privacy and share your activities. Most privacy controls are located in your privacy controls page, but some are specific to individual activities, or athletes. Globasport provides you the option to make your activities private. Any administrative or service-related emails (to confirm a purchase, or an update to this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service, etc.) generally do not offer an option to unsubscribe as they are necessary to provide the Services you requested.

Globasport seeks to use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect your information within our organization from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, and/or destruction. We take reasonable steps to ensure that all data we process is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and current to the extent necessary for the purposes for which we use it. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Third-Party Websites

Retention of Information
We retain information as long as it is necessary to provide the Services to you and others, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information. Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide the Services or until your account is deleted. In addition, you can delete some items of information (e.g., profile information) and you can remove individual activities from view on the Services without deleting your account. For example, after you withdraw your consent to Globasport processing your health-related information, Globasport will delete all health-related information you upload. Following your deletion of your account, it may take up to 90 days to fully delete your personal information and system logs from our systems. Additionally, we may retain information to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the Terms of Service and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information connected to you that is no longer necessary and relevant to provide our Services may be de-identified or aggregated with other non-personal data to provide insights which are commercially valuable to Globasport, such as statistics of the use of the Services.
